Day-of Party Coordination Package

You've planned all the details, let us help bring your perfect party to life!

  • Once you've booked with us, you and your fabulous Privé coordinator will meet in order to get to know each other and begin detailing your special event.
  • As early as one month prior to your event date, you will have full access to your coordinator for final site visits and meetings.  Our planner will work with you throughout this month to ensure that all of the little details have been covered.
  • Your coordinator will review your vendor/venue contracts and will apply all information to create a detailed timeline for the day of your shindig.
  • Your knowledgable planner will design a detailed day-of timeline as well as shortened timelines for vendors and key people.
  • The week of your event your coordinator will handle all vendor confirmations to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
  • And of course, your faithful coordinator will be there on the day of the big event, along with an assistant, to ensure that all aspects of your gathering are managed thoroughly leaving you to relax and enjoy the memorable moments.

  • Your coordinator will be available for up to eight vendor meetings.
  • Your trusty planner will provide event design advice including fresh decor ideas.
  • Your clever coordinator will assist with the rental order and delivery coordination.
  • Plus, you'll receive unlimited guidance throughout the planning process via email and phone.

 

Complete Coordination Package

You want a party, our coordinators would love to plan it! 

  • You'll have unlimited access to your coordinator via email and phone, from the time you book through the day of your soiree.  
  • Your coordinator will provide a customized party budget and timeline that will act as your guide through the planning process.
  • From vendor referrals to their expertise in the industry, your planner will serve as your most valuable resource.
  • Your privy planner will be available for as many in-person meetings as you desire.
  • Review of all vendor/venue contracts by your planner who will then apply all information to create a detailed timeline.
  • The week of your event your coordinator will handle vendor confirmations to ensure that everyone is on the same page.
  • On the day of the festivities your faithful coordinator will be present, along with an assistant, to ensure that all aspects of your gathering are managed thoroughly leaving you to relax and enjoy the memorable moments.

  • You're planner will provide you with a  customized detailed planning timeline.
